RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Moeva seeks the complete satisfaction of its clients.

If you not entirely happy with your purchased item, claims for returns and refund must be made in the following way.

Claims concerning possible returns or refunds of goods must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all labels intact and where relevant hygiene straps must be in place.

Moeva offers an exchange or return within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the items to the customer by means of a request to be sent to the following e-mail addresses: info@moeva.com

According to our company policy we are unable to offer refund on sale items.

Please enter your complaint on the return form which you can find through My Account page in Returns. You will receive a returns authorization number so to ensure your return arrives safely.

Please then post the item to our warehouse, marked clearly with the returns number, name and address.  If the item is fit for return we will refund the card you used to make the purchase within two working days. All items must be sent with the note No Commercial Value on the invoice and the product cost must be under 70 USD.
