Moeva offers an exchange or return within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the items to the customer.

Claims concerning possible returns or refunds of goods must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all labels intact and where relevant hygiene straps must be in place.

When your order is shipped, we send you an email within 1-2 working days, containing a tracking number of your purchase.

The Basic delivery takes from 3 to 5 days to deliver and the Express delivery is the next day, or 2 days according to the country.

The prices change according to the areas and relevant countries provided by FedEx.
