CUSTOMER CARE

To browse our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu on the homepage of MOEVA. To find a specific item, use our website search option.

On each product page, you can find the description, the composition of the item and the size guide. Select the desired color and size of the product and add them to your cart by clicking on "Add to Cart".

Once you have chosen your products, click on “Check Out” and then, “Proceed to Checkout”.

It’s not necessary to register on MOEVA, however, we suggest you to create an account and enjoy of customer privileges.

The order process has 6 steps:

• Enter your shipping and billing address;
• Select a shipping method;
• Select one of our packing options;
• Select a payment method and enter your payment details; 
• Check from the order summary that the information you entered is correct;
• Accept our terms and conditions and click on "Complete Payment".

After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order and as soon as the order ship we will notify you with another confirmation, containing a tracking number of your purchase. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at info@moeva.com.

MOEVA accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments. The default currency of our site is EURO (€) although you can select the alternative options from the top menu and pay in US DOLLARS ($), POUND STERLING (£) and TURKISH LIRA (TL).

 


All transactions are secured. MOEVA is secured with SSL technology encryption system protect personal and payment data.

MOEVA ships worldwide and, provides Standard and Express Shipping options. 
 

Delivery time starts one business day after the date of the order. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Please be aware that the dates provided are only estimates, and that your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated. MOEVA cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.

COURIER

Due to the value of the products purchased on MOEVA’s website all orders are sent by either DHL Express or FedEx delivery, all of which require a signature.

 

PACKING

Each order on moeva.com is sent along with MOEVA Bag and MOEVA signature Box. During the checkout you will have the option to include our complimentary gift wrap and a personalized gift message.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

Moeva Swimwear ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

As soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email, containing a tracking number of your purchase. Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment.
